What is AMAL AL BILAD.

AAMAL ALBILAD, shortly AAB, is the Iraqi Company which service is to facilitate connection and collaboration between EU manufacturers and the local Provincial or private companies for the preparation of projects for the development of the Iraqi market.

The main interest is presently focused on the agro-industry that includes the agricultural machines, equipment and systems for Agriculture rehabilitation and production lines, for related crops processing.

Iraq has a millennial tradition of Agriculture cultivation that is favored by the climate and by the fact to have most parts of its fields between the two big Rivers: Tigris and Euphrates, which favorable position gave the name to the area: Mesopotamia that mean “between the Rivers”.

The last 15 years’ events destroyed a part of the cultivations and irrigation network, together with a part of the processing Plants. There is a lot of work to be done, for which it’s important not only the now-how, but also the know-who, not only in BAGHDAD with the right local contacts and connections, but also in the Provinces, together with the advantage, not to be underestimated, of dealing in the same Arabic language.

Coordination work is essential when the goal is to answer the request to set up a production line with the full and synchronized collaboration of different machines, to get the expected performances, reaching the production output requested by the Client, both as quality and quantity.

There will be a faster and more streamlined transportation of goods and machineries, facilitating the shipping with the required documents according to the laws and rules of each Country of destination. To avoid most of the problems with the import Custom Offices and finally including the possibility to load products, machines and equipment all together in the same shipment and Containers, with the consequences of a remarkable saving for packing, insurance and transport costs.

That’s an important part of the AAB job, as the supply Contract will only be the first part, to be followed by the constant assistance, which will allow to reduce to 0 the eventual misunderstandings.

This will mean that the foreign Clients will need to be engaged with only one contact instead of various manufacturers, keeping the process simpler and more efficient.

The remuneration of the Company service is based on a % as “success fee”, which means that in most cases, the commission payment, is based on the agreed percentage of the supply and to be paid only after that the payment by the Iraqi company has been received by the EU Manufacturer.

This is a valid condition that allows the Client to be relaxed, knowing that the interest of AAB it’s exactly the same of the Client, that there will not be any payment delay and that the relationship between Manufacturer and Client will flow as softly as possible without any possible misunderstanding.

Aamal Al-Bilad Company pursues to obtain the best dealership, franchises or agencies to bring them into Iraq and establishing specialized companies to manage these agencies. These efforts culminated in the signing of ChicKing Master franchise for Iraq, Which will have its main branch in Baghdad and later it will have branches in many other cities all over the country.
